Transformative change is ultimately leveraged by the ability to handle resistance, not more information, resources or skills. 

The training will introduce you to the field and discipline of OD (Organization Development), equip you with tools and process facilitation techniques, as well as leadership capacities for guiding transformative change in complex organizational and community situations.

FOLD training will also equip you with professional and leadership skills in facilitating learning and change for transforming leadership and organizational practices to ethical standards in organizations and communities.

Only twenty (20) places are available for each training cycle. The training runs in three modules. The next training- cycle “U” will be held in Uganda (Kampala) starting with Module 1 from 23rd to 29th August 2015. Module II: from 23rd to 27th November 2015, and Module III is planned for March 2016. FOLD is a highly sought after training by NGO leaders and development consultants from Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. It is also particularly suitable for Heads of organizations and senior program staff in development organizations (CSOs). For maximum impact on your organizational learning we recommend two participants per organization.
