Our member, Self Help Africa, urgently seeks an Expression of interest (EOI) to prequalify Service Providers of goods/supplies and services for the period 2022-2025 in the Districts of Adjumani, Arua, Maracha, Zombo, Nebbi, Nwoya, Gulu, Lira, Omoro, Kiryandongo, Masindi, Hoima, Buliisa, Kabale, Rubanda, Mbarara, Kanungu, Kampala, Entebbe, Jinja, Tororo, Mbale, Kapchorwa, Soroti, Kumi, Ngora, Kaberamaido, Amuria, Katakwi, Kitgum, Lamwo, Nakapiripirit, Amudat, Moroto, Kapelebyong for multiple categories of goods/supplies and services.

This call for expression of interest is to identify suppliers that will be added to our pre-qualified suppliers list for 2022 to 2025.

Prequalification is open to all legally registered companies in Uganda.

 

HOW TO APPLY:

Pick up bid forms at our offices in Kampala, Kiryandongo - (Bweyale), Soroti, Nakapiripirit, Kitgum, Adjumani, Kabale or download from https://selfhelpafrica.org/ie/category/tenders/

EOIs must be delivered in one of the following two ways:

     1. Electronically by email to tenders.ug@SelfHelpAfrica.ie and in the subject field state:
          a) “EOI - Prequalification for provision of (Nature of business) 2022-2025”.
          b) Name of your firm with the title of the attachment
          c) Number of emails that are sent e.g. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3.

     2. If electronic bid submission is not possible please submit in a sealed envelope marked “EOI - Prequalification for provision of (Nature of business) 2022-2025” with the words ‘not be opened before the deadline 30th June, 2022 2.00pm EAT by the EOI tender committee’ with your offer in an envelope marked as Technical Offer to SELF HELP AFRICA Uganda Head Office, P. O. Box 34429, Kalamu House, 3rd Floor, Plot 1B, Kira Road.

Tenderers or their authorised representative are not required to be present at the bid opening
