The Uganda National NGO Forum (UNNGOF) invites applications from qualified and independent consultants to develop the Country Focus Report for Uganda as part of the System for an Enabling Environment for Civil Society (SEE) project.

The report will provide an evidence-based analysis of the enabling environment for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Uganda, based on six key dimensions: respect and protection of fundamental civic freedoms, supportive legal and regulatory framework, accessible and sustainable resources, open and responsive State, supportive public culture and discourses on civil society, and access to a secure digital environment.
