Uganda National NGO Forum (UNNGOF), in partnership with CivSource Africa, will host the Annual Philanthropy Symposium under the theme: Celebrating and Reclaiming Giving: Centering Local Philanthropy in Uganda. This three-day convening is scheduled to take place from Monday, 4th to Wednesday, 6th August 2025. It will provide a space of reckoning, reimagination, and recommitment. It will seek to make visible what has always been present—a vibrant, if under-acknowledged, culture of giving that exists within our communities and fashion actions to make it thrive in contemporary Uganda.
