CALL FOR PROPOSALS: Consultants for Riamiriam Civil Society
The Uganda National NGO Forum, on behalf of Riamiriam Civil Society Network–Karamoja, is seeking qualified consultancies to support organizational growth and impact. We are inviting proposals for three distinct roles:
STRATEGIC PLANNING CONSULTANT:
We are looking for a consultant to review the current Strategic Plan (2020-2025) and develop a new, forward-looking plan for 2026-2031. The role involves assessing the effectiveness of the old plan and leading a participatory process to create a robust new one, informed by stakeholders and regional context. The ideal candidate has proven experience in strategic planning and a strong understanding of Uganda’s civic and development landscape.
ORGANISATIONAL POLICIES CONSULTANT:
We are seeking a consultant to review existing organizational policies and develop new ones to guide the operations of Riamiriam Civil Society Network. This assignment is essential for ensuring the network has a comprehensive policy framework that ensure compliance, accountability, and sustainability. The consultant should have at least five years of experience working with NGOs and a clear understanding of the national and international legal frameworks governing the sector.
RESOURCE MOBILIZATION CONSULTANT:
We are looking for a consultant to build the capacity of Riamiriam’s staff and board members in resource mobilization. This role involves facilitating a three-day training workshop to equip them with the skills to attract and sustain funding for their programs and institutional sustainability. The consultant should have a minimum of five years of experience in similar assignments, with a focus on donor engagement and fundraising.
